Cathy Iamaio

My work as a coach: all solutions and strategies to make life meaningfully different spring from the realm of presence, spirit, and being.  Although I have grown beyond the beliefs of my deeply religious evangelical upbringing, it laid the foundation for a lifetime of deep spiritual inquiry. The commitment I make to my clients is to provide a space of unconditional support to all who are divinely sent my way. After spending several gratifying years working in a wellness center coaching women around their wellbeing, I am now in private practice. My Coach training is through Accomplishment Coaching. (ontology-based and ICF-accredited).  When not coaching, you will find me: on my yoga mat or trampoline, walking the beautiful beaches of San Diego, traveling, cooking, crying & laughing a lot, being with friends & family.
