An eternal learner of life, I am deeply curious about all aspects of mind, body & soul. Graduating with an honors degree in Applied Biochemical Sciences, I launched my career in the Pharmaceutical Industry spanning 25 years in leadership roles in Ireland, Switzerland and the New York Area.
Upon the sudden death of my father, I embarked on a spiritual adventure to connect to my inner self and find my soul purpose. I consciously transitioned out of my corporate career and embarked on a ‘Coaching for Transformation’ program in New York. Upon graduating as a certified professional coach accredited to the ICF, I relocated to my peaceful cottage in the wild West of Ireland on the shores of Clew Bay to launch my coaching business as The Life and Soul Coach.
Surrounded by the wonder of nature, I am energized to inspire fellow Soul Seekers to find their Soul purpose by gaining expansiveness to soar into new realities and embrace their higher potential.
