Kelsey Reavis
I’ve come to believe that the origin of joy and purpose is experiencing God’s love for us through our relationships and service to others. We have been given the most extraordinary gift of consciousness - to remember the honor of this offering and to harness its power for good are our ultimate struggles. Through my exposure to different cultures and ways of being, I seek to identify what unites people beyond their identities, which is undoubtedly, God’s love for us all. Healing is multidimensional; it requires intention, grit, softness, structure, surrender, forgiveness and direction. From first-hand and second-hand experience, I know that life can be unbearable at times, heart-wrenchingly painful. I also know that faith gives us the opportunity to heal and grow, again and again. It is my goal, as a Coaching as Ministry Life Coach, to provide a safe and empathetic space for you to cultivate, nurture, and create systems in your life that inspire gratitude and ways of meeting your emotional and spiritual needs.
Growing up in the metropolitan city of Phoenix, I was accustomed to the diverse culture of urban life. After high school, I moved to Portland, Oregon where I graduated from college. I returned to Arizona, this time, Prescott, a medium-sized high desert/mountain town, where I began teaching. I now live in Paonia, a rural farming community in Colorado with my son and my husband, where I help my husband build our house and tinker with homesteading dreams. I also teach middle school and high school English and Spanish. I enjoy time with my son, nature, art, dancing, reading, rock climbing, interior design, and connecting with people and our beautiful planet.
